What this covers

This policy covers solurics.com only: the marketing website for Solurics, an independent software company based in Sri Lanka. Our products (such as PocketClinic) and client projects (such as Elline Clothing) are separate services with their own privacy practices.

Information we collect

This website does not use cookies, analytics, or tracking of any kind. The only information we collect is what you choose to give us through the contact form: your name, email address, subject, and message.

How we use it

We use the information you submit solely to respond to your enquiry. We do not sell it, rent it, or use it for advertising. Submissions are sent to our inbox via a third-party transactional email provider, which processes the message only to deliver it to us.

How long we keep it

We keep contact form submissions for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you and keep a record of the conversation, after which we delete them.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time, by emailing hello@solurics.com.
